Ilink 9000 frozen and need help to load new file

i need the full set of instructions on how to use the loader file and the new bin and factory reset.. can someone please tell me the procedure to get this frozen thing back to normal.. it froze when loading 2 camd servers .. whoops..
do i need the rs232 cable?
please help
