    Jynx box doesnt work

    Ok I have jynxbox 3 . Is it down or up in last 3 months.

    I cant open any channels for last 3 month. I have a message wait. I have a signal on 110 and 110 I deleted all the channels and do factory reset but still nothing and now of course I cant download 129 . Help would be appreciated

    that factory reset took all your Transponders back to 20000 Symbol Rate

    You will need to cahnge the TPs and their transponders thru your menus.
    I beleive there is a posted guide on how to do that.
    Check our guides area for the Jynx Ultra or Jynx Lite, both have same procedures

    could not find on site, the guide I was referring to.
    But here it is. I wrote this myself awhile back. Is one of a few ways to do this.


    to get your Jynxbox back up with the new Transponder MPEG4/8PKS can be done fairly easily.
    First of all ensure that you know what you antenna settings are, like the switch ports and etc.
    Then perform a Factory Reset, found in the TOOLS menu.
    Next go into Dish Settings and setup the 110w sat as per your switch ports and etc. Don't worry about the TPs in that menu, leave that stuff as is for now.
    Once you have the correct port set and LNB type, LNB Frequency and the rest of it, then in that same menu hit the blue button (TP)
    Once in the next screen, highlight TP #1
    -it should at this point read ..
    12224 MHz : 20000 KS/s : V : QPSK
    You should not have a signal lock either.

    Now hit the red button (Edit)
    Change the S/R 20000 to 21500.
    Leave Polarity the same.
    Change Mode to Turbo w/FEC @ 2/3 or auto
    and Save.
    Once back on that TP screen and with that newly adjusted TP still highlighted, you should see the signal is now locked.
    Hit the blue button (Scan) in that same menu and with that TP still highlighted.
    It will scan that one TP
    after complete and in that same menu, scroll to the TP#2 and do the same thing.


    Once done the 110w sat then move onto the 119w sat and do same procedure.

    Note
    a Factory Reset will not erase your server setup, so no need to re-neter that info. It will stay intact. The Reset will erase all channels scanned and that's what we want, so now worries about your server info.
