works with CNX Duo/Trio, Mini and Nano (not Nano2).
Not dongle needed, just a PC w/windows OS and a Null cable
Works very good and is a breeze to set-up.
Thnx goes to Goofather

XX-Client Alpha v2.1.267 Build: 389 by GooFather
Changes:
- return of AfroSmiley icon
- protocol detection tweak (CNX Mini issue)
Notes:
[serial.ini]
In serial.ini I found a baud rate of 19200 works for receivers that use to use a Weather Forecaster and variants (CNX). While a baud rate of 115200 works for all other receivers, including the new Viewsat firmwares that use the Coolsat protocol.
If you get this error, "[-CLI-] Unknown protocol data.", check the baud setting in serial.ini. Most of the time changing the baud setting to/from 19200 or 115200 will fix the problem. If you have to use some other baud rate on a receiver to make it work please let us know.
Valid Baud Rates (Standard):
110, 300, 600, 1200, 2400, 4800, 9600, 14400, 19200, 38400, 57600, 115200
[caid.ini]
If you do not require caid remapping the caid.ini file can be safely renamed or moved. If you need to use remapping simply place a line for each CaID that needs to be remapped. Like so:
1841=1815
1802=1816
[Disclaimer]
Again, this is just an Alpha and I am trying new things so your mileage may vary but it has been working for me on a CNX Nano, Viewsat Platinim, Viewsat Ultra and Pansat 2500.
Still no REAL Coolsat receiver support. Sorry
