    nitedragon

    anyone else having no connect issues with cnx nano 2 that was converted ilink i'm sure it's a server prob,, just have not ever been this long before...

    check your connections. Try to ping the server if those two don't work then unplug everything and plug modem in first, then plug router in, and last plug ird in that order.

    that is the first steps i took,.still no connect, thanks anyway....

    convert back to nano2 and then back to ilink
    Set everything up again.

    tried all that,, still no connect ,,had this box,, yrs never had much trouble with it until last couple weeks.. all seems to be set up correctly,, i did get a message from the info button on the remote,, said check ip address,,i would guess that's because the auto list is not populating...i've pinged the sever,, good response ...my dsl and all other equipment is fine,, i am just stumped ...thanks

    Are the IPs not populating ?
    Have you disconnected the ethernet cable and then cycle the rear switch and with the receiver turned on, re-connect that cable.

    i have have finally solved this prob this afternoon...i use the old intellinet 2 port modulators to run two devices thru 1 hard wire,,.since netflix box was up a connecting, could not understand why sat would not connect,,.so finally it turns out to be a bad cable coupling, that all of a sudden gave up,,,they are just made of cheap crap anyway....but thanks all for tryin to help...
