I am connected to the S1 server, and I can scan all the 110 channels. But all the channels are scrambled...

Check your settings. You may need to unplug your modem router and ird.
rechecked all settings... they seem fine.
Did you unplug everything and plugged it back in. Once you do that ping your server and see if you're getting a response.
Did you recheck the server settings and is your Route good?
yes... I only have the 1 server and route. I did also do the verify route, and it's says active.
Did you ping the server and got a response back
When you exit the server section do you save and does it show (1)? Did you turn the server on?
yes it shows connection (1)

.Do Parental controls. remove all.. makes it easer to setup. I think
set timezone
setup one sat Echostar 110W
setup your P$ info.... ensure server is connected and on

All the channels are still scrambled expect for the 3 or so "Info" channels
