    Question scamble channel

    Have just set up T5 with 1000.2 dish for first time. Have successfully connected to ps and get Connection(1) on screen. Was able to scan 110, 119, 129 (plenty of signal strength) and can change channels, but no picture. Screen just says Scramble Channel. Have re-input username/password and other ps settings several times. Have reset T5 twice with switch on back. Tried tuning to channel 200, but there is no 200 - lowest is 248. Lots of channels in list, just no picture on any.

    Verified online that my route is running.

    Still no luck. Suggestions? What have I missed?

    Stop inputting server settings if you show connected. Re aim your dish. Cover the two outside eyes with foil and aim at 119. Syart with the skew and elevation set then just azimuth is left.

    Thanks for the reply.

    I'm using an existing dish already pointed and presently working with an alternate receiver, so it doesn't seem that it could be a pointing issue.

    Then the settings could be wrong, post them.

    Which settings? The ps settings? If so, is it ok to post ps server & password?

    If not the ps settings, then which settings?

    **NOTE: The S & Q bars are all up around 97%, but the 129 bars are blue
    and the 110 & 119 bars are red. Why?

    OK all the settings are wrong.
    for 110 freq=11250 desiqc switch=1.0 2
    for 119 all the same except desiqc 1.0 1
    same for 129 except desiqc 1.0 3
    Scan each sat by it's self with auto(red button)

    The LNB Freq on all was already set to 11250, so I just changed the desiqc switch setting for each as you instructed and re-scanned each sat by itself. Still no picture. I do have EPG, although it's not fully populated.

    The other freq settings above (under the Auto and PID menus) do not have any options outside the 12xxx GHz freq.

    Need to change from single to ocs-dp. Leave those freq as default.
