You should find that if you had the IPTV Portal NA error , it should be fixed now. The server admins and techs have gone thru all active codes and adjusted accordingly.
Please check your IPTV service and use the iks66.com website to check your order status.

You can still send me a PM if you need to, but most all issues with the IPTV Potal NA should be fixed now

I paid for a donation with Order ID 6820************ but have not got any emails nor I can not check the order online , keeps teling me give it 24-48 hours but it been more past that as I paid for it on February 20th . please help thanks

This as being a nightmare for me I cant link removed update reset nothing on this and still i dont any but any services is being 3 days past left 27 days and nothing. I am getting this msg.

This is bad experience I ask to refund back my money and next time you all show no who you hired as reseller waste of time and nothing I can view. BAD EXPERIENCE.

Next time go to the real deal iks66.com that way no problems with resellers. Hope the reseller will refund because most won't.

but thats bad because they are selling services from your server and they dont know to support a customer and even they dont even answera email when it come to support or help and this person he dont even know what he is doing.... I being Scamm thats my conclusion.

My Mag254 was hit with the N/A problem and it was fixed last Saturday. Then on Monday the Mac went to all zeros... that was fixed on Tuesday evening and now again yesterday (Thursday) I get the same problem... Mac all zeros. Now it's Friday afternoon and still without service... the weekend looks gloomy. Sent email to support with info and foto of Mac .. no reply so far.

Any help appreciated. Thank you.

Yes.. says the Mac is already in use... I had the same problem the other day... the server guys fixed it then.

Is there a problem with logins this morning? tried setting up 2 boxes but both never get the login. mac id matches and device id is on. 2 new codes but never shows the login. no yellow bar but the demo showed the yellow bar. i know thats a different portal though.

Same happened to me paid for three months and got email said was stopped have sent info multiple times and just keep telling me that it was stopped ok I know that I paid for it and haven't got a day out of it next step fix it not usually so strait forward but enough is enough

So I turned on my Avov box on March 9th 2016 and gets a message to enter my username and password and after doing so 1000 times with my donation number in both slots and did before.....I thought the donation was up so I went on Iks66.com and bought an additional 3 months. I got an email saying the 3 months have been added to my mac address. Up to this minute I have not been able to access any service and keeps getting the message to enter username and password, I even went as far as to reset my box and start over but that failed as well. I sent the team and email over a week ago and no response... This is a rip off

I am a dealer and paid for both IKS and IPTV but no channels on IKS, getting channels only on IPTV. We are using Jynx box ultra HD V3. Any idea why IKS donation not working? Thanx

A 13digit number will be the user/pass and it is up to you to provide the mac address.NEVER NEVER post your information in open forum.
