I paid for a second route on 3rd September. Still not received email with route details.
Checked CC and payment taken.
Have checked emails daily, including spam folder, nothing.
Cannot check order status because order starts 6821 and page says you need order starting 6820.
Sent several emails via contact page and no response.

Is anyone else having this problem?

See if the cc is able to do international transactions. If not the payment may be held at the pay portal.

My card is OK for international payments. I used same card for first route so I know it is OK.
According to my CC co the transaction was confirmed on the 5th September.

NO YOU CANT!!

That page requires an order number starting with 6820, order numbers now start with 6821, so are rejected.

This is the whole point, you cant check satus and you cant get any response from IKS66.

Yes,I contacted my CC today , I'm tired of excuses, my cc was used the same day to order some solar cells from China, like you it said my # did NOT match, been 7 days for me.Watch sending e-mails by contact page, it charged my account a second and third time !

Pushing the buy button sever times will cause that. Do what kroakie1 did.
