mag 254 WiFi down I can't connect

I.Just bought mag 254 with WiFi adapter, I tried to connect to my network via WiFi but does not save the key off the router I reenter the key several times but nothing yet no ip address.
I reboot the box and saying WiFi disabled or WiFi down, I re enter the key several times but no luck yet , tried 2 different WiFi ilink antenna but nothing yet,works with Ethernet cable , but I don't have Ethernet on my living room, any help I will appreciate is driving me crazy. Any help I will appreciate

Sounds like either you are not setting the wifi up correctly or the wifi antenna is bad.

I tried 3 different antennas also , I went to my friend to check it out, I was thinking may can be my internet box but nothing , these is what I do step by step

I go to network
Wireless
Auto (DCHP)
select my WiFi name hit
my internet password
Successfully saved

after that I reboot device then say
WiFi disabled
ip address no available.
Link status : down

any suggest I will appreciate, the box hit the latest update

Little black antenna that comes with the mag 254 box, I already reset the box no luck yet

When you go to Wireless setup does it see your wireless network?

Like 12 feet away, is the same adapter jynxbox wifi antenna.

Yes it does ,select my WiFi name , enter

I am having the same problem as you! I found out wireless and wired have 2 separate macs. No way to swap them out that I know of! If someone does please let us know here on this post.

The ONLY mac to use with your donation is the one assigned to the receiver. CES try the antenna in your computer with the computer wifi turned off.

Hi Guys, I am facing the same problem. Can you suggest some resolution. I have it in both my TVs one in the living and other one sitting right next to the router. Not working at all. I have checked the pass key several times. The Wifi antenna is also supported with Mag 254 checked infomir's website.

Thanks Sammy. But the antenna is working perfectly alright. I have tested it in a couple of laptops. I did the Mag 254 factory reset and then tried connecting but its still disabled/down. Please suggest m struggling with this damn thing :mad::(
